A welcoming and well-organised school in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office in a fast-paced educational environment.

The Role

As a School Administrator, you will:

* Provide front-office and administrative support to staff, pupils, and visitors

* Use SIMS for pupil records, attendance, admissions, and data management

* Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally

* Support attendance monitoring and reporting

* Assist with safeguarding and compliance documentation

* Support diary management, correspondence, and general school administration

* Work closely with senior leaders and the wider admin team to ensure smooth operations

About You

* Previous experience working in a school admin role in the UK.

* Confident using SIMS (essential)

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Professional, approachable, xiskglj and reliable

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)
