Due to expansion, this school are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to start in January 2025 in this fabulous SEND school.

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, creative, resilient and passionate about teaching. They must be able to connect with children across the entire primary age range (Reception- Y6).

Ideally, you will have a holistic approach towards seeing the whole child and will endeavour to embrace the challenge of understanding and accommodating that all behaviour is communication.

The teacher will need to look for ways to support our learners who have really struggled to engage and thrive in a mainstream setting for a wide range of reasons including unmet social, academic and emotional needs.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
