Do you have the passion and expertise to help pupils develop mobility, confidence, and independence in a supportive school environment?\\n\\nUniform Education is recruiting a dedicated Physiotherapist for a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon. The school provides education and therapy for pupils with a range of complex physical and learning needs, including PMLD, SLD, and physical disabilities.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs a Physiotherapist, you will:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assess and deliver physiotherapy programmes to pupils with physical, neurological, and developmental needs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work collaboratively with teachers, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists to support EHCP outcomes\\n\\n * \\n\\n Use specialist equipment and manual handling techniques to promote physical development and mobility\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support pupils in accessing learning through adapted movement and posture management strategies\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide guidance and training to school staff on safe handling and physical support techniques\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain accurate therapy records and contribute to multidisciplinary reviews and reports\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working with children or young people with physical disabilities or complex needs (school or NHS setting desirable)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of postural management, hydrotherapy, and equipment use (e.g.
