A welcoming and well-established nursery in Beaconsfield is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment helping children develop key skills during their early years.

About the Role

  • Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver play-based and age-appropriate activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, communication, and physical development
  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and transitions
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s needs

Requirements

  • CACHE Level 2 or above in Childcare essential
  • Experience working within an Early Years / nursery setting
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
