About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across welcoming mainstream primary schools in Ealing from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you are seeking regular supply opportunities, short-term placements, or the chance to gain experience across a variety of year groups and school settings.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality learning experiences in the absence of their usual class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Follow planned lessons and adapt teaching approaches where required.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
  • Support pupils to remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
  • Follow school policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to schools regarding pupil progress and lesson delivery where required.
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A passion for providing high-quality learning experiences.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
