  • Work 1:1 with pupils with SEN, supporting their individual learning needs
  • Support pupils’ social and emotional wellbeing, confidence, and engagement
  • Work closely alongside the class teacher to support learning and behaviour
  • Assist with implementing strategies outlined in EHCPs
  • Carry out observations and record pupil progress to support assessments
  • Encourage positive behaviour and independence
  • Help maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive classroom environment

About You

  • Experience working with children, within a UK primary school or other settings
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
