We are seeking Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS/EYTS essential) to deliver 1:1 outreach tuition to children in Harrow. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about making a difference and supporting students outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Key Information:

  • Hours: Tuition must take place Monday–Friday between 9am–4pm (term-time only). Sessions can be scheduled flexibly around your availability.
  • PPA Time: You will receive 2 hours of paid PPA when you first begin tuition. For every 10 hours of tuition completed per child, you will receive an additional hour of paid PPA.
  • Location: Tuition typically takes place in the student’s home (with a parent/carer present). In some cases, sessions may be held in a nearby library or centre.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/EYTS)
  • Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willing to apply)
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt teaching to individual learner needs

  • Write a short weekly report summarising the sessions covered and progress made.
