The Role

- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and support reintegration following incidents

About You
- Previous experience working with children in a school or pastoral setting, ideally in primary education
- Relevant qualifications in education, mentoring, or behaviour support (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of positive behaviour management strategies
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting pupils' wellbeing and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)
