- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Work collaboratively within a three-form entry year group team, sharing planning and best practice
- Support pupils in developing strong foundations in core subjects, including reading, writing, and mathematics
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring excellent progress across the ability range
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively, using data to inform planning and intervention
- Work closely with teaching assistants, year group colleagues, and senior leaders to drive high standards
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, events, and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
