The Role

As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pupil data using SIMS, including attendance, admissions, leavers, and reporting
  • Monitoring attendance, following up on absences, and producing reports for senior leaders
  • Supporting safeguarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with DSLs
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally
  • Supporting finance-related admin such as orders, invoices, and budgets (where required)
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and school communications
  • Providing general administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff

About You

  • Proven experience working as a School Administrator in the UK
  • Confident and up-to-date SIMS experience (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm, professional, and approachable manner
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)
