Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environments. We support hotels, restaurants, casinos, and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite.
We are looking for a driven Sales Director that will aggressively grow revenue through new prospecting for new business. The right person will understand our prospect’s challenges and be able to build a compelling case for how our software solutions solve their problems. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional that is quick on their feet and able to absorb and understand the complexities of the Unifocus tech platform.
As a Sales Director, you are also responsible for upselling existing clients and weekly customer business reviews with the Unifocus Customer Success Managers in your territory, the marketing team, and the key leadership positions inside Unifocus to coordinate awareness presentations/demos.
What will you do?
- Meet or exceed revenue targets for new business and customer upsell in your territory
- Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction
- Manage complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
- Plan and deliver presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
- Work with Sales Engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business
- Communicate new product developments to prospective and existing clients
- Attend remote and on-site meetings with clients
- Collaborate with teams in different territories and offices
- Actively convert opportunities prospected by our SDR team
- Implement and execute effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory
- Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the SalesForce CRM system
We are looking for:
- 4-year degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience
- Experience in selling complex SaaS solutions in the Enterprise Space
- 7+ years’ work experience in a relevant role with 2 years covering enterprise/major accounts
- Extremely process-oriented and meticulous with follow-ups
- Fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial company
- Excellent people skills, i.e., ability to build relationships, find customer pain points, apply solution selling actions, perform networking, and understand customer buying paths
- Good administrative skills, including planning and time management to execute within parameters
- Update CRM with the latest status on leads and customer opportunities
- Risk forecasting and reporting – general adherence to internal deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- German language proficiency required for cross-regional collaboration
Preferred Traits and Experience
- Experience successfully selling Software Solutions into the Hospitality or Service Industries (HR Applications, Workforce Management, Operations, Property Management Systems, Reservation Systems, etc.)
- Experience working in the Hospitality Industry
- Previous training and use of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
