About the job
As a Workforce Performance Consultant, you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensure successful implementation of the project.
What will you do?
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements to ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly.
- Lead software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running.
- Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.
- Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback.
- Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
- Proactively identify ‘at‑risk’ customers and red flag to the Account Management team.
- Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.
- Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.
- Contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.
We are looking for
- Possess at least 4+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 8 years or more.
- Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
- Experience with workforce management or operational workflow tools is preferred.
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent command over written and spoken German / French.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Excellent Business Communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Confident, disciplined and Focused on Customer satisfaction.
- Strong Problem‑solving Skills.
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.
- Aren’t afraid of taking ownership and accountability.
