The Mission
The \”App Era\” is over. It’s fragmented, predatory, and inefficient. Unified is building the world’s first Digital Operating System (DOS) —a proprietary, AI-native kernel that orchestrates wealth, logistics, and safety into a single, flawless flow.
The Role:
This is a high-leverage leadership position. You aren\’t here to push tickets; you are here to define the physics of the system. You will have final authority over our technical DNA and will work directly with the founders to ensure our \”Powehouse Architecture\” is resilient, secure, and infinitely scalable.
Time Commitment:
8–16 hours per week.

Design → Technical Foundations → Scalable Build
What You’ll Architect:
You will be the \”Technical Brain\” of Unified, answering the question: “How does a global life-orchestration OS actually function?”
System Sovereignty: Design the core architecture connecting AI agents, cross-platform integrations, and real-time data flows.
AI Orchestration: Define our strategy for LLM memory, tool-use (agents), and predictive logic (The Deep Power Engine).
The \”Exploitation Shield\”: Architect a zero-trust security model for our Decentralized Document Vault and GPO (Geographical Price Optimization) nodes.
Technical Authority: Act as the ultimate arbiter for stack selection, infrastructure, and engineering standards.
Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level product vision into rigid technical specifications for the development teams.
Who You Are:
A Systems Thinker: You don\’t just see code; you see ecosystems. You have experience building complex distributed systems or platform-level software.
AI-Native: You are fluent in the current state of autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks (LangChain/AutoGPT/Custom), and vector memory.
Decisive: You thrive in early-stage ambiguity and can make high-stakes architectural calls with conviction.
Veteran Pedigree: You’ve ideally been a CTO or Lead Architect before, preferably in a high-growth Fintech, Logistics, or Deep-Tech environment.
What This Is (and Isn\’t)
YES: Strategic ownership, high-stakes thinking, and defining the \”Year 1\” infrastructure of a potential unicorn.
NO: A passive advisory role, a freelance feature-build, or a place for corporate slow-movers.
Compensation & Upside
Equity-heavy package: Significant upside aligned with founder-level impact.
Path to Full-Time: Salary introduced post-funding, with the option to transition to full-time CTO as we scale.
