The Opportunity
Due to a period of sustained organic growth, my client has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their talented team. This role is ideal for someone already working in a similar role who is looking to build on their experience and develop new skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Duties include opening and processing incoming client post
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation (digital and paper)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry, database updates, and maintaining accurate records
- Support onboarding and internal communication for staff
- Provide general support to management and colleagues as required
- Running internal reports to ensure deadlines are met
Required Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience handling phone and email enquiries professionally
- Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, or basic data entry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
