In addition to production delivery, this role supports the maintenance, break/fix, and operational readiness of all studio, AV, and supported production environments. This ensures all spaces remain production-ready and capable of supporting a wide range of event types without disruption.

This position operates as a key on-site production lead, maintaining consistent execution standards, supporting technical reliability, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. The role also contributes to the standardization of production delivery across global locations, supporting consistency between London, Paris, and NYC.

Work hours will vary based on client needs and event schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. The role is permanently based at our client's Paris offices, and the salary is budgeted at circa 75K Euros.

This role operates within a dual-reporting structure, with day-to-day operational leadership provided by the Manager of Global Studio Operations (NYC), while the ADOPT Manager (London) provides administrative oversight, including HR-related responsibilities, performance management, and local team support. The role also provides occasional support to international locations, including travel to Geneva and London for select high-profile sales and events when required.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end production delivery for sales events, client dinners, and internal/executive broadcasts within the Paris location.
  • Translate event requirements into structured production plans, including run-of-show, staffing coordination, and technical alignment.
  • Serve as the primary on-site production lead for assigned events, ensuring smooth execution and real-time issue resolution.
  • Execute production activities in alignment with global standards and direction from the Manager of Global Studio Operations.
  • Partner with the ADOPT Manager (London) on local operational alignment, resource coordination, and team integration.
  • Support the maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness of all supported production spaces.
  • Perform hands-on break/fix troubleshooting across audio, video, and broadcast systems to minimize downtime and escalation.
  • Conduct pre-event system checks and validation to ensure all environments are production-ready.
  • Support the standardization and consistency of production delivery across London, Paris, and NYC, ensuring uniform execution of auctions, pitches, and events.
  • Track and maintain analytics related to support activities, providing visibility into utilization, workload, and operational trends across the client’s environment.
  • Ensure all production systems and hardware remain current, properly maintained, and within manufacturer's warranty or support lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (specialists, client teams, leadership) to align production delivery with business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering and support teams as needed for more complex technical issues or system improvements.
  • Maintain consistency in production workflows, standards, and execution quality across all supported events.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and pre-event validation (rehearsals, checks, readiness).
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring contingency planning is in place for live environments.
  • Support performance feedback and continuous improvement efforts in coordination with global and local leadership.
  • Communicate effectively across global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scheduling, and delivery expectations.
  • Provide occasional on-site support in Geneva and London for high-profile sales and events when required.
Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Experience supporting both production delivery and technical operations (maintenance and troubleshooting).

  • Working knowledge of AV and broadcast systems in an operational and break/fix capacity.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders.
