To provide high-quality operational support to our client's customers and internal business functions. BTO owner of the internal PM process, ensuring jobs are delivered within agreed timescales. This role is office-based at our client's HQ in Maidenhead; all candidates will need to live within a commutable distance.
Accountabilities PM Support Activities:
- Manage and coordinate team sessions and master project list.
- Ensure quality assurance of project collateral for all projects across the team from start to finish.
- Responsible for closing projects and ensuring the as-built drawings are in the configuration.
- Create and distribute RAMS when required.
- Attend all BTO team calls to remain aware of current projects.
- Attend PM team meetings to assist with project allocation and allocate projects in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Manage small projects when there is no Project Manager – booking resources, coordinating the procurement plan, agreeing installation dates with the customer, agreeing attendances with the customer, and reviewing the final sign-off.
- Assist the sales team with internal documentation.
- Prepare Subcontractor Scope of Works templates based on information provided by the Project Manager and coordinate purchase orders with the ISEs.
- Coordinate Site Survey Projects.
- Arrange resources and book dates with the customer.
- Obtain documentation and forward site surveys to the Sales Consultant.
- Support the Senior PC in day-to-day activities and support the PM or Operations Manager with calls and ad-hoc administration requirements.
- Process PM and Design Team Timesheets as allocated by the Operations Manager.
