We are seeking a high-energy, assertive Audio-Visual Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the Audiovisual (AV) / ProAV industry to drive rapid growth and help build the pipeline for the future success of my client, executing growth strategies, tactics, and action plans. To be successful as a Business Development Manager, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen, with the ability to negotiate sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This is a hybrid role; successful candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance of London. The salary range is budgeted between 50-60K basic, based on experience + commission.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Improving the market position of the company by pursuing opportunities in alternative business segments to diversify the company’s client base.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking) to drive pipeline growth.
  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, AV/IT directors, and facilities managers to build long-term service relationships.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy.
