Audio Visual Business Development Manager

Brief Overview of Role: Responsible for scoping & preparing selling audiovisual and collaborative solutions under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, Target-driven and accountable.

Sales 40%
Communicating with customers on a regular basis
Responding to RFI/RFP/Tenders
Presenting to existing and potential customers
Prospecting accounts
Sales Administration 40%
Preparing and revising quotations, using an online system
Preparing scope of works
Accurate sales forecasting
Follow up on quotes and proposals

Package:
Base salary: £25,000 £32,000 dependent upon experience
This is an office-based role working out of my client\’s new IP20 offices.
Commission-based: Sales guarantee of £200.00 for 6 months or until you start to earn commission above that value then you migrate over please note for clarity it s not both.
Commission: No Threshold / No Cap/solution commission 7.5% against GP & services are paid on a 4.8% margin.
Solution Target typically £320k GP p/a. Service Target 125K p/a. As you settle into the role the target will increase.
There is an on-target Bonus of £5,000, both targets must be achieved to pay out. The value increases on achievement and is capped at 120% the maximum bonus would be £7,000 which equates to 140% of the baseline payment.

Pension kicks in at 3 months. If you contribute 5% net into the pension, our client pays 3% gross. After one year in the company pension, our client matches the 5%. Salary sacrifice is an option after the probationary period.
Probationary period 6 months then personal cover :

28 days holiday including the 8 bank holiday days
