The Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Amazon agency clients. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results through data-driven strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Analyse client performance data (sales, advertising, inventory, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow client revenue, optimise listings, and improve account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PPC, content, logistics) to execute client strategies effectively.
- Prepare and present performance reports, providing clear recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, tools, and trends to ensure clients remain competitive.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to travel to our Alconbury Weald (Cambridgeshire, UK) office Monday-Friday.
- 2+ years in account management, ideally within an Amazon agency or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create actionable plans to drive results.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and convey strategies to clients.
- Proactive and creative in identifying opportunities to grow client revenue and improve performance.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP), A/B testing, or inventory management tools is a bonus.
