Unifi Aviation provides expert cleaning and ground handling services throughout the UK and Ireland, helping keep our commercial clients’ aircraft and brand reputation spotless.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays an integral role within our People function, ensuring operations align with the business's vision and goals. You will work closely with Station Managers and Regional Managers to support and implement HR initiatives. With the support of the HR Manager, the HRBP is responsible for delivering the people agenda across the business.

This is a site-based role, and remote working is not available. As part of a fast-paced start-up environment, you may be required to work across different bases depending on operational needs. Regular travel will be required, and flexibility around working hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and monitor employee data and HR metrics, analyse trends, and identify people priorities to support Station Management decision-making.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to implement innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Support Station Management in retaining, engaging, and developing talent.
  • Provide advice, support, and coaching to management at all levels within the region, ensuring alignment with business expectations and policy.
  • Assist Stations in resolving employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries, ensuring a fair, unbiased process in line with policy and legislation.
  • Guide management on people practices such as restructures and succession planning, supporting the development of a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Educate and direct employees toward appropriate self-service options for HR-related queries.
  • Champion employee engagement through structured reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects across all Stations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of UK employment law to ensure compliance and reduce legal risk, while maximising employee engagement.

  • Solid understanding and proven track record of complying with UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Highly process-driven, with excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels across multiple sites.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly with MS Office applications – Excel proficiency is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different sites, with flexibility around working hours and locations as required.

Additional Information

This is a non-remote, on-site position based primarily at LHR. As a growing and dynamic start-up, the role may require travel to and support at other bases when needed. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, may be necessary depending on business demands.
