We are seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function across Unifi Aviation UK. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR operations, including HR Business Partners, airport badging teams, and recruitment. The Director will also coordinate with our offshore shared services team to ensure seamless execution of HR operations and compliance. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a hands-on HR strategist with strong operational experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments, and a focus on exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a modern, dynamic approach to HR by leveraging technology, data-driven insights, and progressive people practices to foster agility and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Drive HR strategy and execution aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Partner with airport authorities and internal teams to manage all aspects of badging and compliance.
- Guide recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across operational roles with a focus on employee experience and retention.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment laws and aviation-specific regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to support a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience in a complex environment with a large hourly workforce.
