We are seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function across Unifi Aviation UK. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR operations, including HR Business Partners, airport badging teams, and recruitment. The Director will also coordinate with our offshore shared services team to ensure seamless execution of HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Champion a modern, dynamic approach to HR by leveraging technology, data-driven insights, and progressive people practices to foster agility and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Oversee employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Partner with airport authorities and internal teams to manage all aspects of badging and compliance.
- Guide recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across operational roles with a focus on employee experience and retention.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment laws and aviation-specific regulations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to support a high-performance culture.
