Unifi is seeking a strategic Head of Department Origination to lead end-to-end processing of new applications within a high-volume contact center. You will manage a team of about 60 staff, drive throughput, reduce friction, and act as a process architect using data to fix gaps.
You will collaborate with Operations and IT/Product teams, produce comprehensive performance reports, and implement process enhancements to improve conversion and customer experience.
