We’re seeking an experienced internal sales pricing specialist to join our team in Newcastle. We’re growing our inside sales capability and looking for a confident negotiator who loves turning complex, multi‑modal requests into clear, competitive quotes. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and our carrier/agent network, keep timelines realistic and transparent, and support external sales with pricing and tender responses across Air, Sea, and Road (import & export).

What you’ll do:
- Negotiate rates with airlines, carriers, agents and suppliers
- Keep customers informed with clear, timely updates and practical advice
- Spot cross‑sell opportunities and support tender activity
- Share market changes internally to act fast
- All colleagues undertake general office duties including answering the phone, filing and dealing with the post.
