The role in a nutshell
The Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer will support UNiDAYS\’ product, engineering, and marketing goals by maintaining and improving digital data capture for App and Web platforms. The role involves measuring digital journeys and features, implementing MarTech tags, and collaborating with engineering teams to unify tracking approaches across platforms.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Design and implement digital data requirements for digital journeys and features, ensuring correct implementation across platforms, primarily using GA4 and Segment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on the implementation of Marketing Technology platforms and use of GTM.
- Lead data governance efforts, working with analysts and engineering teams to resolve data integrity issues.
- Maintain and improve data capture documentation to enhance analyst self-service and monitor technical debt.
- Work with engineering teams on key projects, developing measurement standards.
What we need from you
- Intermediate to advanced experience with engineering teams on tracking solutions.
- Strong communication skills to translate stakeholder needs into engineering solutions.
- Experience with Firebase for data capture, including spec design, UAT, and QA.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar platforms.
- Experience with digital analytics and MarTech platforms.
- Understanding of marketing technology principles and data pipelines.
- Desirable: Experience with Google Analytics 4, Segment, Launch Darkly, BigQuery.
