The role in a nutshell
Reporting into a Production Manager. You’ll be responsible for triaging inbound commercial / partner requests via Salesforce. Understanding the requirements of the commercial briefing, collecting assets directly from our partners, submitting complete requests to the marketing team and hands on execution of our partners tactical promotional activity.
Day to day responsibilities
- Communicating directly with partners via a ticketing system to request consolidation and coordination of digital content and so that the relevant teams can deliver on the marketing / promotional activity.
- Triaging inbound partner / commercial requests. Directing billing, code requests to the Partner Ops. team.
- Submitting briefs, booking / amending, rescheduling media execution with Marketing and Production
- Setting up staff accounts
- Support the account management team execute on existing partner Perk and Misc change request,
- Escalating any issues to the Production Manager or Head of Partner Operations.
What we need from you
EXPERIENCE: What we need you to have done
The situations that an individual entering the job should have experienced or, at least, to have had some exposure.
- 1 year in a content management system updating site content that is live on the internet, with hands-on experience and ability to produce, edit and upload/publish content.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS with an eye for responsive design.
- Knowledge of graphics packages as well as confident in Adobe/Microsoft/Google software i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, PPT, Word or equivalent software.
Success metrics:
% of Launch / Perk / Change requests delivered on an agreed deadline.
% error rate on tactical campaigns.
% error rate on media collateral delivered to the Marketing Team.

- Evaluate and measure your own performance and seek feedback for continuous improvement. You also commit to regular check-ins and monthly 1:1’s with your line manager and to be proactive in completing your quarterly, Mid-Year and End of Year reviews to ensure your manager has enough time to complete before the deadline.
- Ensure you complete all mandatory training and/or workshops set by the business or your manager.
