This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Marketing Optimisation Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Optimisation & Merchandising Manager, this role focuses on enhancing marketing campaign performance, enriching the member experience, and contributing to partner success. You’ll work across multiple digital touchpoints to optimise customer journeys, refine merchandising strategies, and support the overall effectiveness of our campaigns.

Day to day responsibilities

  • On-site & App Merchandising Support
    • Monitor the performance of our brands and offers, providing data-driven analyses and insights to improve.
    • Collaborate with our commercial team to align merchandising strategies with overarching business objectives.
    • Develop and execute optimisation experiments and personalisation initiatives across app and web platforms to maximise merchandising effectiveness.
  • Campaign Tracking & Performance Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports to analyse and track key performance indicators across CRM, paid social, and on-site channels.
    • Proactively identify and report on drivers of success, presenting actionable improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
    • Support the Marketing Campaigns team with detailed post-campaign analyses, producing key insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign performance.
  • Customer Insights & CRM Analytics
    • Design and implement data-driven testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimise performance.
    • Analyse customer behaviour and engagement data and present key findings to stakeholders.
    • Provide the CRM team with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to optimise future campaign performance.
