Manager, Strategic Initiatives – Identity

As Manager, Strategic Initiatives – Identity at UNiDAYS, you will be a key member of the Strategic Initiatives team, driving partner success through the sale, monetisation and implementation of UNiDAYS’ verification product suite. Reporting into the Director, Global Strategic Initiatives, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial and product, to support the wider commercial strategy. This role supports key partner relationships across Social Media, Subscriptions, Tech, Fashion and Beauty categories, spanning all strategic regions. We are seeking someone with a commercial background and experience in SaaS roles paired with a passion for verification products. Experience in pitching, legal and contractual negotiations is essential.

Job Requirements

  • Commercial background with experience in a product-driven role.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and presenting compelling pitch decks.
  • Self-starter with the ability to own the entire sales cycle with confidence.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and building client-facing decks.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce trends and the ability to identify revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead partner-facing sales initiatives for existing and new accounts to support partner relationships and strategy development by owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing target partners with verification solutions.
  • Be accountable for driving partner acquisition and high value long-term partnerships globally
  • Create external, partner-facing presentations to summarise the value and impact verification has on performance, highlight insights, and develop revenue-generating pitches to unlock revenue opportunities.
  • Support Account Managers (AMs) and Account Directors (ADs) by building scalable pitch decks for efficient partner sales pitches.

Strategy and Success:

  • Work with the product teams to understand existing and new verification solutions and support with GTM plans.
  • Monitor performance with metrics to translate performance results into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare for strategic partner meetings by delivering pitch proposals and performance recommendations for verification solutions.
  • Work across multiple categories and regions to drive revenue growth, focusing on merchandising best practices and partner-side integration optimisation. Dive into industry trends and champion verification internally and externally.
