We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Merchandising Optimisation Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Merchandising and Reporting, this role focuses on enhancing marketing campaign performance, enriching the member experience, and contributing to partner success. You’ll be working across multiple digital touchpoints to optimise customer journeys, refine merchandising strategies, and support the overall effectiveness of our campaigns. You’ll combine data‑driven insight with creative thinking, showing the courage to challenge assumptions and test new approaches that reach better outcomes. At the heart of this role is a strong sense of purpose where you will ensure every decision improves value for our members and partners. You’ll contribute to a culture of growth, continuous learning, iterating, and sharing insights to drive performance across campaigns. Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience ideally in an operational or merchandising role
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong and proven organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a forward thinking and innovative environment
- Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
Preferred:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with Gen Z/student audiences
- Experience with merchandising APP
- Understanding of in flight campaign optimisation
- Experience of using Bloomreach a bonus or other similar CRM tools

Job Responsibilities
- On-site & App Merchandising Support: Monitor performance of our brands and offers, and collaborate with commercial teams to grow and improve offer performance. Collaborate with our commercial team to align merchandising strategies with overarching business objectives. Develop and execute optimisation experiments and personalisation initiatives across app and web platforms to maximise merchandising effectiveness. Manage the merchandising for CRM. Be efficient in the management of merchandising operations.
- Tracking & Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate reports to analyse and track key performance indicators across our merchandising initiatives. Proactively identify drivers of growth and success, presenting actionable improvement opportunities to stakeholders. Support the Marketing Campaigns team by leading deliverables from the commercial team that ensure we deliver best in market offers for our members.
