The CRM Coordinator will support the setup, execution, optimisation and day-to-day maintenance of CRM across all regions. This role focuses on the technical implementation and coordination of lifecycle tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams to help deploy campaigns that drive member engagement.

  • Experience in and/or understanding of delivering A/B tests
  • Experience in and/or understanding of delivering against structured goals
  • Experience in project management / time management best practices
  • Experience in spotting trends in data and understanding the impact

Job Responsibilities

  • Automation Execution & Setup
    • Coordinate and optimise existing CRM workflows across all regions and platforms including email, push & in-app.
    • Support the launch of new automation triggers that align with lifecycle objectives and enhance member engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product to execute CRM initiatives.
    • Audit workflow journeys and performance, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Regularly audit to ensure they align with business objectives and member needs.
  • Testing and Reporting
    • Support in planning and executing A/B testing for CRM campaigns.
    • Analyse campaign performance data (e.g. click-through rates) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Track and report on the performance of CRM automations, offering actionable insights for improvement.
  • Best Practices and Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and automation trends and relay with team members.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation in CRM automation and member lifecycle management.
    • Contribute to the development and evolution of internal CRM best practices, sharing insights and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share lifecycle insights, align strategies, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
