We are looking for an analytical and commercially astute Head of Merchandising and Reporting to join UNiDAYS on a fixed-term basis for maternity cover. This pivotal role is responsible for executing our merchandising strategy across all personalised and automated communication channels, ensuring our student members receive the most compelling and relevant offers. As the custodian of our merchandising framework, you will manage high-visibility homepage content, optimise campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders. You will act as a critical link between our Commercial and Campaign teams, ensuring a unified approach to our campaign execution. Additionally, this role centralises analytical reporting across the Marketing team—building dashboards and empowering teams with actionable learnings to drive performance.
