The role in a nutshell

We’re looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Head of CRM & Campaign Delivery to join UNiDAYS on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a pivotal role responsible for both the strategic direction and flawless execution of CRM initiatives and marketing campaigns across all channels.

As well as leading lifecycle and CRM communications, you’ll also support the delivery of our marketing and brand partners’ campaigns across all media. You’ll ensure consistent planning, timing, and messaging across all campaign touchpoints.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of 9 and work closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Data teams —while optimising our use of Bloomreach to drive engagement and performance.

Day to day responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership

  • Own and evolve the full CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reverification.
  • Oversee delivery and optimisation of automated lifecycle workflows, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver insight-led, personalised, and timely communications.
  • Define and maintain governance around Bloomreach Weblayers, In-App messaging and Paid Media (e.g., audience rules, frequency caps, approvals).

Campaign Delivery

  • Oversee campaign delivery across all channels—CRM, onsite, paid, social, and OOH—ensuring consistent messaging and effective targeting.
  • Ensure that campaigns are well-planned, properly targeted, and optimised for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, and Ops teams to ensure campaign processes are adapted and iteratively improved.

Performance & Reporting

  • Lead quarterly CRM and trigger performance reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on impact, trends, and key actions.
  • Champion and oversee meaningful tests and optimisations driven by performance insight that deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute weekly Business Performance Reviews
  • Measure key performance indicators to monitor underlying trends

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and support the CRM and Campaign Delivery team, including Campaign Managers and CRM Executives, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure delivery quality and team development.
  • Align team resources and planning across business requirements, including coordination with external partners.
  • Ensure team are trained on the tools they use, particularly to encourage constant testing and iteration

What we need from you

  • Significant experience in CRM and multi-channel campaign delivery, particularly in paid social.
  • Hands-on knowledge of advanced CRM platforms—ideally Bloomreach—with a focus on personalisation, automation, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through busy delivery periods.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to turn insight into action.
  • Experience working with external agencies to manage campaign components.
  • Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
