This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London) on occasion.
The Account Executive will play a vital role in the Commercial team at UNiDAYS. This position is ideal for someone with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The Account Executive at UNiDAYS will provide vital support to the Commercial team, assisting Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver excellent partner experiences.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Partner Experience: Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely.
- Operational Liaison: Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Content management: Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience.
- Media Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards.
- Communication with Partners: Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices.
- Reporting: Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary.
