As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing this mission as a key member of our Product Design Team. We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating innovative and user‑centred designs that enhance the UNiDAYS experience for millions of students worldwide. You will be involved in the entire end‑to‑end process, from ideation and conceptualisation to prototyping and implementation, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring your designs to life and align with business goals. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thinking and experience, with a focus on user‑centered design
  • Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android design patterns
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering design solutions, which led to the success of significant projects
  • Experience working with a global audience (desirable)

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design across multiple projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to define and understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app).
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions.
  • Willingness to collaborate across the team and take on board key feedback.
  • Where applicable to your workstreams, maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across our products and driving its evolution.
  • Continuously collaborate with other members of the design team to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
  • Work closely with UXR on testing your design solutions and hypotheses.
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative feedback and data, identifying themes and learnings regarding Product features and initiatives from other departments, such as Marketing.
  • Presenting your work, design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels with clarity.
