This role is open to remote working within the UK or DE. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion (if in the UK).
The role in a nutshell: We are accelerating our efforts in international markets, and this role will be a key part of developing our marketing plans in these markets. You will build campaigns around key member moments - things that students will care about - that will also encourage our partner brands to collaborate on.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with UNiDAYS' brand identity and business goals. Identify key themes, messaging, and creative concepts that resonate with students. Collaborate with the Commercial team to create engaging student campaigns that excite our partners.
- Back to School, Black Friday & Christmas Co-ordination: Develop and execute detailed marketing plans for Back to School and Black Friday/Christmas that deliver new member acquisition and engagements. Coordinate activities across internal teams and external agencies to ensure plans and execution are aligned. Create test measurement programmes to ensure gains are incremental and delivering ROI. Work with the Commercial team to ensure partner interest to drive media revenues.
- Reporting: Develop campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using analytical tools and platforms.
What we need from you:
- Experience of executing campaigns in a CRM or digital marketing environment.
- Experience of delivering AB tests.
- Experience of how CRM and paid social can be used to deliver against company goals.
- Experience in project management/time management best practices.
- Experience in spotting trends in data and understanding the impact.
- Ability to speak German is highly desirable.
