The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Operations Manager to support and optimise the efficiency of our end to end Commercial process. This is a pivotal role responsible for unblocking revenue, maintaining data integrity, driving operational excellence, and delivering impactful training for Commercial staff. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, New Business, Finance and other support functions to ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Day to day responsibilities

Revenue Enablement

  • Proactively monitor and resolve blockers preventing revenue collection.
  • Maintain visibility of contract renewals and act to avoid lapses, working closely with Account Managers and Commercial leaders.
  • Troubleshoot acute deal blockers, liaising across teams to swiftly resolve.
  • Act as a mediator to interpret and translate between teams to speed up resolution.
  • Support Account Managers with partner communications where required.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Account Managers and category leads.
  • Follow up persistently to ensure outdated opportunities are cleaned up and pipeline data remains actionable.

Contract & Data Governance

  • Monitor data hygiene and integrity across key commercial systems, particularly in relation to New Partner onboarding.
  • Audit manual billing processes monthly to ensure accurate future revenue forecasting.
  • Process Optimisation & Documentation
  • Document our end to end Commercial process, including rationale behind processes and best practice insights.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to support team alignment and scalability.

Commercial Training Programme

  • Own the development and delivery of the Commercial Training Programme.
  • Use Salesforce ‘user health’ data to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Design and deliver training across new starter onboarding, refresher sessions, and drop-in clinics.
  • Coordinate regular training sessions with relevant stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, especially in a sales or revenue operations context.
  • Experience liaising across Finance, Commercial, and New Business functions.
  • Track record of process documentation or playbook creation
