- Complete and adhere to risk assessments for curriculum and co‑curricular activities, both on and off site.

- Plan, prepare for, and lead educational activities, including trips and visits, ensuring compliance with financial, health, safety, and wellbeing requirements.
- Ensure learning and support staff have the necessary information and resources to deliver effective learning, including providing guidance for cover staff.
- Act as a personal tutor for identified learners, providing pastoral and academic support.

- Contribute to continuous quality improvement, including self‑assessment and service development activities.
