About You

Role — As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You\’ll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

Shift Pattern

Shift Pattern: A mixture of early and late shifts (7am-3pm) and (2:30pm-10:30pm) including weekends and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
  • Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
