Set long‑term outcomes for each learner, identifying what they will achieve, may achieve, and can aspire to achieve. Establish SMART learning targets to support individual development, progress, and achievement. Monitor and record learner progress over time, maintaining a clear and robust evidence base to demonstrate achievement of learning objectives. Align curriculum knowledge, skills, and behaviours with learning pathways and subject‑specific activities in line with organisational values. Deliver curriculum that promotes emergent and conventional literacy, numeracy, and digital skills, ensuring learning is relevant to individual learner needs and outcomes.
