Responsibilities
- As Deputy Manager of an adult residential home, support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
- Lead and supervise staff, manage rotas, and contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Maintain accurate records, oversee care planning, safeguard residents, and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
- Liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
