About The Role

Ashurst is a supported living bungalow in Hitchin, Herts, supporting adults with disabilities. You will help individuals like Jack, who loves stories, arts, and outings, to achieve independence and fulfill dreams. Every day is an adventure in supporting their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement person-centered plans, promote independence, manage risks, and ensure compliance.
  • Develop engaging activity plans fostering autonomy and growth.
  • Support healthy lifestyles and health management.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain records.
  • Oversee medication processes and support self-administration.
  • Maintain safety and a clean environment following protocols.
