Scolmore Group is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across a fast-paced multi-site business environment. This is a permanent full-time, on-site role based at our Tamworth head office.
You will act as the first point of contact for IT support, handling 1st/2nd line queries and supporting Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, and end-user devices. You will build devices, manage AD/Entra IDs, assist with Intune, and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
