The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.
An all-round management position with responsibility on Espire, Access Control, CCTV, Fire, Sangamo and emergency lighting range selling directly into electrical wholesalers. A focused, energetic, and extremely passionate salesperson with an attitude driven for success will be best placed within this role. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing new business within an assigned geographic position. Develop relationships with local electrical contractors to help create the push/pull model.
Main Duties:
- Territory sales role selling all of the ESPi Ltd products on offer into distributors within the designated sales area (Push/Pull role).
- Joint sales calls.
- Trade counter mornings.
- Product training.
- Identify sales opportunities with both existing and new accounts and strategically develop those opportunities within the set parameters of ESPi’s commercial trading philosophy.
- Responsible for own work schedule and administration and adherence to company policies (e.g. expenses etc).
- Use the right tools, at the right time and with the right customers in order to get the best possible result.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors and electrical contractors.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A proven sales professional operating at the minimum of high value account level.
- Knowledge of the marketplaces or experience of similar markets.
- Highly developed selling skills with excellent communication both F2F and written, with interpersonal skills.
- High levels of energy, commitment and tenacity with a strong understanding of the sales process and large accounts processes and buying behaviours.
- Computer literate with the ability to use word/excel/PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on own, planning diary and working autonomously within your defined role.
- A full and preferably clean driving licence is required for this role.
