You'll work closely with senior leadership to establish best practice across forecasting, onboarding, coaching, reporting and sales methodology, ensuring the organisation can continue to scale without compromising quality.

Alongside delivering quota through your team, you'll play a key role in hiring exceptional talent, improving sales execution and creating the systems that underpin long-term success.

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership to improve operational excellence across the organisation.
  • Establish performance metrics and visibility that support continued growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centred around accountability, coaching and continuous improvement.

Experience Required

  • Experience leading successful B2B Saa S sales teams.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing Account Executives.
  • Experience building or improving sales processes, playbooks and operating frameworks.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management and commercial leadership skills.
  • Comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth technology businesses.
  • Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Experience within SMB, Mid-Market or scaling new commercial segments is highly desirable.
  • Builder mentality with a passion for creating structure in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong customer-facing commercial judgement.
  • High standards, resilience and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Why Join?

  • Join one of Europe's fastest-growing AI software companies at an exciting stage of scale.
  • Shape the future of a rapidly expanding EMEA sales organisation.
  • Work alongside exceptional operators from some of the world's leading technology businesses.
  • Significant opportunity for progression as the commercial organisation continues to grow.
