Summary: A high-growth B2B SaaS business helping enterprise customers navigate increasingly complex regulatory and sustainability requirements across global supply chains. Operating at the intersection of climate, regulation, and enterprise software, the business has established strong product-market fit and is now focused on scaling its go-to-market engine, improving conversion efficiency, and accelerating revenue growth. Marketing currently contributes a significant proportion of overall pipeline, making this a highly commercial leadership role with substantial visibility across the business.

Job Summary: As Head of Marketing, you will join the leadership team and take ownership of the company's marketing strategy, pipeline generation, and GTM execution. The focus is now on improving pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, ICP segmentation, and marketing's contribution to revenue. You'll inherit an existing team and be responsible for balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution while building a highly efficient and commercially focused marketing organisation.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Improving funnel conversion and lead quality
  • Refining ICP segmentation and targeting
  • Scaling marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Building stronger Sales, Marketing, and Product alignment
  • Developing reporting, attribution, and performance frameworks
  • Hiring and developing future marketing talent

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience leading marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup environments (Seed → Series A/B preferred)
  • Strong demand generation and pipeline ownership experience
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy and commercial marketing
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Interest in mission-driven businesses is highly desirable

The Application Process:

  • Introductory conversation with leadership Team
  • Follow-up discussion focused on commercial impact, GTM strategy, and leadership experience
  • Practical case study presentation
  • Final panel interview
