Unicorn is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale journey, drive retention and expansion, and build scalable CS processes from the ground up.

You will design onboarding and adoption playbooks, manage a strategic book of customers, and partner with founders to shape product priorities.

You will own renewals and relationships with C‑suite stakeholders, delivering value through measurable outcomes and proactive customer advocacy in a fast-growing fintech/AI-driven environment.
