Salary & Package: £170k–£182k OTE

Job Summary: Our client is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join the expanding sales team in London.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enterprise Account Manager focused on expanding adoption across the product portfolio within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Highly autonomous environment.
  • Mix of approximately 75% expansion / 25% renewal revenue responsibility.
  • Enterprise organisations with 1,500 employees.
  • Average deal sizes typically £25k–£40k, with enterprise opportunities ranging from £30k to £100k.

Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS Account Management experience managing enterprise accounts (£50k–£150k ACV).
  • Experience owning the full commercial cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities through to negotiation and close.
  • Scrappy nature, ability to wear multiple hats.
  • Enterprise experience, own outbound, running accounts.
  • Strong commercial/hunter mentality.
