Senior Veterinary Surgeon required for Unicorn Vets - Park Surgery. Salary up to £75,000 DOE. Up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance. Up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus. You will be based at our Park branch.

About the Practice

Unicorn Vets is a group of two practices (Fairfield & Park) that has been in the Southampton area for over 30 years. The practice offers a mix of consults and surgery, with case continuity encouraged to support the client/pet/vet bond, and a strong emphasis on career development and specialist or certificate pursuit.

Work Pattern and Schedule

Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days with a mix of earlies and lates (latest finish is 7pm). You will have a 1:6 share in the Saturday rota (finish at 12:30pm) and there is no OOH. We are open to fixed or flexible rota patterns to suit individual needs. Part-time applicants are welcome.

State-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house haematology and biochemistry (SDMA, T4 and extended panels), endoscopy, ultrasound with echocardiography, capnography, tonometry and ECG.
