Commercial Contracts & Tenders function.
The organisation supports clinical departments in more than seventy countries and produces over two million products annually across specialties including Cardiology, Radiology, Pacing, Laparoscopy and Cardiac Surgery.
Its pioneering central venous catheter technology is helping to reduce patient risk and improve outcomes worldwide.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this strategic role will shape and lead the tendering and commercial contracting agenda across UK and international markets.
It offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, maximise framework performance, and drive commercial growth within a values‑driven, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation’s commercial contracts and tender strategy.
- Develop high‑quality, competitive tender submissions and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS procurement bodies, framework providers and key stakeholders.
- Maximise framework performance and identify new commercial growth opportunities.
- Work cross‑functionally to develop compelling value propositions aligned to NHS priorities.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to the Commercial Contracts & Tenders team.
About You
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in commercial tenders, contracts or procurement within Med Tech or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of NHS procurement processes, frameworks and commercial contracting.
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing high‑performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.
- Confident communicator able to translate market intelligence into commercial success.
