A global leader in sustainable climate and temperature-control solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to join its OEM & Trade team. This role suits someone commercially driven, technically confident and motivated by helping customers find the right HVAC and Process Cooling solutions.
The Role
- Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Promote equipment and service solutions across HVAC and Process Temperature Control markets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct site assessments and support solution design.
- Collaborate with engineering, project and marketing teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, analyse market trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and internal processes.
About You
- Engineering qualification or relevant technical experience is an advantage.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving results.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full Right to Work and a valid driving licence.
