Their UK division is recognised for its service-led approach, broad product portfolio and strong engineering capability.

The Role

As Regional Business Manager, you will drive targeted sales growth across an established Essex territory. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers, delivering tailored account management and positioning the business as their preferred electronics partner. You will focus on developing and expanding the Electromechanical product range within your region.

  • Grow sales and profit by increasing active projects across multiple customers
  • Engage customers through regular in-person and remote activity
  • Manage projects from initial design concept through to production
  • Conduct territory reviews to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Deliver personalised account management to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Research and target high-potential prospects to develop market strategies
  • Take full ownership of territory performance, ensuring customer numbers and spend align with growth expectations

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in electronics or an engineering discipline
  • 2–3 years’ proven sales success in a technical, engineering, OEM or service-led environment
  • Strong intellect, curiosity and analytical mindset
  • Experience working in a design-led sales environment with design, procurement or engineering teams
  • Understanding of project management and long sales cycles (typically 6 months–2 years)
  • High energy, strong negotiation skills and a driven, results-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional international travel
  • Full UK driving licence
